		<description>You know I&#039;ve been altering my food habits over the years as well. I share your concerns about processed food and anything that sounds too good to be healthy (especially the labels that scream fat-free blah blah blah). I&#039;ve also learned how eating out a lot drastically bumps up ones salt and sugar intake .. two really bad ingredients when not taken in moderation.
